Key Duties
- Responsible for all technical aspects of Aircraft Transition and all kinds of Aircraft Appraisal Audits
- Manages Technical personnel under his control and liaise with commercial, legal and finance departments
- Runs/co-ordinates weekly technical calls (as required)
- Coordinate with the customer and keeps them updated on all technical matters as it relates to aircraft being managed on their behalf
- Negotiates contracts from technical perspective
- Calculates and negotiates maintenance reserves, vets and approves maintenance reserve claims where applicable
- Any other responsibility as assigned by company and according to project requirements
- Ready to travel on short notices
- Experience in a similar role in an aircraft MRO, Airlines or leasing companies
- A strong knowledge of aviation regulatory environment including EASA and FAA requirements
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts from a technical perspective
- Need previous track record in project managing aircraft deliveries/redeliveries
- Applicants will ideally hold an EASA or FAA Aircraft Type license or any Aviation regulatory body License or relevant Aircraft engineering qualifications
