Satish Modi joined the company in 2015 and currently has a leading role as a Technical Director managing a number of projects covering a range of services from asset management, aircraft configuration, delivery, redelivery and transition projects. With his rich experience in aviation, he plays a key role in the company for managing clients’ requirements, oversight and deployment of the technical team in various roles and assignments. He is also involved in company business development activities.

Before joining Wiz Aviation, Satish began his career in Indian Airlines as a component engineer, then worked for four years in an aviation company based in Georgia, USA. Later he worked as a freelance aviation technical consultant for several consulting companies and gained experience in aircraft repossessions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and an EASA Part 66 B1 licence with endorsement type courses on the A320 and B737 families. He also holds several short-term aviation training qualifications.

Satish is an Indian resident and speaks Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Turkish and English.

Shikhar is currently working as a Senior Marketing Manager, managing technical and commercial strategy, building synergy and best practices between airlines and lessors on a global scale. With more than 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, he brings a combination of business and technical expertise and proven leadership skills to the role.

Shikhar joined Wiz Aviation in 2018 as a Business Development Officer and assisted the company in developing business and enhancing its achievements.

Before Wiz Aviation, Shikhar worked with Taneja Aerospace, India, as AVP Marketing, leading high-value projects and client relationships. He also worked as Head of Business Development at IFB Automotive Private Limited, Chennai, contributing to business development and additional revenue opportunities.

Shikhar holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration and a postgraduate programming degree from IILM, Gurgaon, India.

Madan joined Wiz Aviation in 2019 as Chief Technical Officer and played an important role in managing the technical team for delivery, redelivery and repossession assignments in Europe. He is also involved in developing the company’s client portfolio.

Madan has more than 40 years of aviation experience. He is a former FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) and does not currently hold a DAR licence. In his prior DAR role, he issued more than 100 special flight permits and export certificates of airworthiness.

Before joining Wiz Aviation, Madan held senior positions in Canada and the USA, including Director of Maintenance, Director of QA, QA Manager Line Maintenance, Chief Engineer and Chief Inspector. He began working as an aviation technical consultant in 2006, leading a number of aircraft transition projects.

Madan holds a Canadian aircraft maintenance licence, an FAA A&P licence and a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from Centennial College, Ontario, Canada. He has completed endorsement type courses on the B737, B747, B757, A320 and DHC-4 Caribou aircraft families.

Madan is a Canadian resident presently based in the United Kingdom. He speaks Swahili, French, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and English.

Reena Sahu joined Wiz Aviation in 2016 as a Key Account Administrator, managing company financial transactions and accounting. She plays a key role in preparing and reviewing agreements, raising invoices and coordinating with the legal requirements of the company. She originally joined Wiz Aviation in 2016 as an Account Manager.

Before Wiz Aviation, Reena worked in educational organizations, managing administrative and banking transactions.

Reena holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting degree and a master’s degree in English from Ravi Shankar University, India.
